Painting of the Church of the New Martyrs and Confessors of Russia
Ukhta, Republic of Komi
The Church of the New Martyrs and Confessors of Russia in the city of Ukhta was painted by our workshop from the fall of 2023 to the end of 2024. The total area of the paintings was about 2700 square meters.

The work was carried out in stages, taking into account the construction readiness of the church. During this time, all the internal spaces were sequentially painted, which made it possible to create a complete and theologically sound artistic ensemble.
The paintings cover the entire volume of the church: the altar area, the vaults, the walls, and the main compositional zones. Traditional iconographic plots corresponding to the Orthodox liturgical tradition were used in the design.
Scenes from the lives of the New Martyrs and Confessors of Russia occupy a special place in the paintings. These compositions emphasize the spiritual meaning of the church's dedication and reveal the feat of faith in the history of the Russian Church.
The paintings are executed in the Byzantine tradition, in accordance with the canons of Orthodox art. Special attention was paid to the harmony of the color palette, composition, and expressiveness of the images.
